The house restructured in 2007 is surrounded by a beautiful garden (you look the photo) taken care of by the owners, to your disposition for rare moments of relax after a day of sea and excursions.

Very comfortable…. and above all pleasant in the garden you can use the beautiful shower (warm water) to fortify you to the return from an excursion or to refresh you from the summer heat after a day of sea.

To your disposition you will have a barbecue / oven (understood firewood by to burn) with which you can taste the good fish of the Mediterranean sea one directly bought by the fishermen .

The room "garden" with two single beds, it leans out on the garden of the house, it is spacious comforting, reserved, furnished of tv color and telephone taking / modem.

The particular typology of construction of the house in general and some roof (in wood coibentato) allows to maintain an inside temperature.

How to arrive

We are just 100 km from Rome (Fiumicino – Leonardo Da Vinci).

The nearest train station is Priverno Fossanova about 20 minutes by car.

By car: Once you arrive in San Felice Circeo,

from Via Monte Circeo just turn on Via Ovoli, about 700 meters ahead, turn right onto Via delle Allodole, after exactly 600 mt you are at number 23a, enter the private road and at the bottom you’ll find La Cesa;

from Via Litoranea, after Sabaudia, just before city "Baia D’Argento and Sources of Lucullo" on the left there is Via delle Allodole, follow it for a couple of kilometers and on the right at the number 23rd enter the private road and at the bottom you’ll find La Cesa.
